against him, and she went away from him to her father's

four months. Then her husband arose and went after her to
speak tenderly to her in order to bring her back.
Judges 19:23-29 ...Nay, my brethren, nay, I pray you, do not so
wickedly; seeing that this man is come into mine house, do not
this folly. Behold, here is my daughter a maiden, and his
concubine; them I will bring out now, and humble ye them, and
do with them what seemeth good unto you: but unto this man do
not so vile a thing. But the men would not hearken to him: so
the man took his concubine, and brought her forth unto them;
and they knew her, and abused her all the night until the
morning: and when the day began to spring, they let her go.
1 Samuel 21:4 And the priest answered David, and said, There is
no common bread under mine hand, but there is hallowed
bread; if the young men have kept themselves at least from
women.
2 Samuel 13:1-2 And it came to pass after this, that Absalom the
son of David had a fair sister, whose name was Tamar; and
Amnon the son of David loved her. And Amnon was so vexed,

land. They did according to all the abominations of the nations
which the Lord dispossessed before the sons of Israel.
1 Kings 15:12 And Asa did what was right in the sight of the
Lord, like David his father. He also put away the male cult
prostitutes from the land, and removed all the idols which his
father had made.
