Revelations

Rev. 1:11 "saying, I am Alpha and Ome'ga, the first and the last:
and What thou seest,  write in a book, and send it unto the seven
churches which are in Asis;  unto Ephesus,  and unto Smyrna,  and
unto Per'gamos,  and unto Thy-ati'ra,  and unto Sardis,  and unto
Philadelphia, and unto La-odice'a"
     (What happened to these churches?)

of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God."
     (Islam speaks of paradise)

Rev.  2:17  "To  him that overcometh will I give to  eat  of  the
hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a
new  name written,  which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth

     (White stone?)

like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass."
     (Description of Jesus)

God, and the seven stars."
(Jesus has the seven Spirits of god? Which are?)

of my god, and he shall go no more out; and I will write upon him
the name of my God,  and the name of the city of my God, which is
new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I
will write upon him my new name."
(Jesus  refers to his "Father" and to his  "God."  What
about the Trinity?)

Rev.  3:15-17  "I know thy works,  that thou art neither cold nor
hot:  I  would thou wert cold or hot.   So then because thou  art
lukewarm,  and neither cold nor hot,  I will spew thee out of  my
mouth.   because thou sayest, I am rich and increased with goods,
and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched,
and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:"

Rev.  4:3  "And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and  a
sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in
sight like unto an emerald."

Rev.   4:5  "And  out  of  the  throne  proceeded  lighnings  and
thunderings  and  voices:  and  there were seven  lamps  of  fire
burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God."

Rev. 4:8-11 "And the four beasts had each of them six wings about
him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and
night, saying Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and
is,  and is to come.   And when those beasts give glory and honor
and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and
ever, the four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on
the  throne,  and worship him that liveth for ever and ever,  and
cast their crowns before the throne,  saying,  Thou art worthy, O
Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for thou hast created
all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created."
     (God?)
(God created all things for His pleasure)

behold,  the Lion of the tribe of Judah,  the Root of David, hath
prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.
And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four
beasts,  and in the midst of the elders,  stood a Lamb as it  had
been  slain,  having  seven horns and seven eyes,  which are  the
seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth."
     (Jesus depicted as a Lamb)

Rev.  6:12-17  "And I beheld when he had opened the  sixth  seal,
and,  lo,  there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black
as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; and the stars
of  heaven  fell unto the earth,  even as a fig tree casteth  her
untimely  figs,  when she is shaken of a mighty  wind.   And  the
heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every
mountain  and  island were moved out of their  places.   And  the
kings of the earth,  and the great men, and the rich men, and the
chief captains,  and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every
free  man,  hid  themselves in the dens and in the rocks  of  the
mountains;  and said to the mountains and rocks,  Fall on us, and
hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from
the  wrath of the Lamb:  for the great day of his wrath is  come;
and who shall be able to stand?"

Rev.  7:3-8 "saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the
trees,  till  we  have  sealed the servants of our God  in  their
foreheads.  And I heard the numver of them which were sealed: and
there  were sealed a hundred and forty and four thousand  of  all
the tribes of the children of Israwl.  Of the tribe of Judah were
sealed  twelve  thousand.   Of  the tribe of Reuben  were  sealed
twelve  thousand.   Of  the  tribe  of  Gad  were  sealed  twelve

of Manas'seh were sealed twelve thousand.  Of the tribe of Simeon
were  sealed twelve thousand.   Of the tribe of Levi were  sealed
twelve  thousand.   Of the tribe of Is'sachar were sealed  twelve
thousand.   Of the tribe of Zeb'ulun were sealed twelve thousand.
Of the tribe of Joseph were sealed twelve thousand.  Of the tribe
of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand."
     (Hebrew foundation of Christianity)
(These members of the tribes are on earth living at the
end of the world?)

Rev.  7:16 "They shall hunger no more,  neither thirst any  more;
neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat."
(Koran emphasis on shade and cool places in paradise)

Rev. 7:17 "For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall
feed  them,  and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters:
and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes."
     (Koran emphasis on abundant water)

Rev.  8:7 "The first angel sounded,  and there followed hail  and
fire mingled with blood,  and they were cast upon the earth:  and
the  third  part of trees was burnt up,  and all green grass  was
burnt up."

Rev.  9:11 "And they had a king over them,  which is the angel of
the bottomless pit,  whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abad'don,
but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apol'ly-on."

Rev.  10:6-7 "there should be time no longer:  but in the days of
the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the
mystery  of God should be finished,  as he hath declared  to  his
servants the prophets."

Rev. 12:1-6 "And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman
clothed with the sun,  and the moon under her feet,  and upon her
head  a  crown of twelve stars:  and she being with child  cried,
travailing  in  birth,  and pained to be  delivered.   And  there
appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon,
having  seven  heads and ten horns,  and seven  crowns  upon  his
heads.   And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven,
and did cast them to the dearth:  and the dragon stood before the
woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as
soon as it was born.   And she brought forth a man child, who was
to rule all nations with a rod of iron:  and her child was caught
up  unto  God,  and to his throne.   And the woman fled into  the
wilderness,  where  she hath a place prepared of God,  that  they
should  feed  her  there a thousand two  hundred  and  threescore
days."

Rev. 12:7-9  "And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels
fought against the dragon;  and the dragon fought and his angels,
and  prevailed  not;  neither was their place found any  more  in
heaven.   And  the great dragon was cast out,  that old  serpent,
called the Devil,  and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he
was cast out into the earthl,  and his angels were cast out  with
him."

Rev.  13:15-18  "And he had power to give life unto the image  of
the  beast,  that the image of the beast should both  speak,  and
cause  that  as many as would not worship the image of the  beast
should be killed.  And he causeth all, both small and great, rich
and poor,  free and bound, to receive a mark in their right hand,
or in their foreheads: and that no man might buy or sell, save he
that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his
name.  Here is wisdom.  Let him that hath understanding count the
number  of  the beast:  for it is the number of a  man;  and  his
number is Six hundred threescore and six."

Rev.  14:17-18 "And another angel came out of the temple which is
in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle.  And another angel came
out from the altar,  which had power over fire,  and cried with a
loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle,  saying, Thrust in thy
sharp sickle,  and gather the clusters of the vine of the  earth;
for her grapes are fully ripe."
``(A temple and altar in heaven)

Rev. 16:14 "For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles,

Almighty."

the Hebrew tongue Armaged'don."

on the horse, and against his army."

Rev. 19:21 "And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that
sat upon the horse,  which sword proceeded out of his mouth:  and
all the fowls were filled with their flesh."
     (1st great battle)

Rev. 20:1-3 "And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the
key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in the band.   And he
laid  hold on the dragon,  that old serpent,  which is the Devil,
and Satan,  and bound him a thousand years, and cast him into the
bottomless pit,  and shut him up, and set a seal upon him that he
should  deceive  the nations no more,  till  the  thousand  years
should  be fulfilled:  and after that he must be loosed a  little
season."

Rev.  20:4-5  "And  I saw thrones,  and they sat upon  them,  and
judgment  was given unto them:  and I saw the souls of them  that
were  beheaded for the witness of Jesus and for the word of  God,
and  which  had  not worshipped the  beast,  neither  his  image,
neither had received his mark upon their foreheads,  or in  their
hands;  and  they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years
were finished.  This is the first resurrection."

Rev.  20:7-10  "And  when the thousand years are  expired,  Satan
shall  be loosed out of his prison,  and shall go out to  deceive
the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth,  God and
Magog,  to gather them together to battle:  the number of whom is
as the sand of the sea.   And they went up on the breadth of  the
earth,  and  compassed  the  camp of the saints  about,  and  the
beloved  city:  and fire came down from God out  of  Heaven,  and
devoured  them.   And the devil that deceived them was cast  into
the  lake  of fire and brimstone,  where the beast and the  false
prophet  are,  and shall be tormented day and night for ever  and
ever."
     (2nd great battle)

Rev.  20:11-12 "And I saw a great white throne,  and him that sat
on it,  from whose face the earth and the heaven fled  away;  and
there was found no place for them.  And I saw the dead, small and
great,  stand before God;  and the books were opened: and another
book  was opened,  which is the book of life:  and the dead  were
judged  out  of  those things which were written  in  the  books,
according to their works."

Rev.  20:14-15  "And  death and hell were cast into the  lake  of
fire.   This  is the second death.   And whosoever was not  found
written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire."
(Being condemned to hell is the 2nd death)

Rev.  21:1-3  "And  I saw a new heaven and a new earth:  for  the
first heaven and the first earth were passed away;  and there was
no more sea.  And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming
down from God out of heaven,  prepared as a bride adorned for her
husband.  And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold,
the tabernacle of God is with men,  and he will dwell with  them,
and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them,
and be their God."

Rev. 21:9-10 "Come hither, I will show thee the bride, the Lamb's
wife.   And  he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high
mountain,  and  showed me that great city,  the  holy  Jerusalem,
descending out of heaven from God."
(A city is the bride of the Lamb?)

Rev.  21:12 "and had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates,
and at the gates twelve angels,  and names written thereon, which
are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel."
     (Very Hebraic)

Rev.  21:22  "And  I  saw no temple therein:  for  the  Lord  God
Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it."

Rev.  22:1-2  "And  he showed me a pure river of water  of  life,
clear as crystal,  proceeding out of the throne of God and of the
Lamb.   In  the midst of the street of it,  and on either side of
the river,  was there the tree of life,  which bare twelve manner
of fruits,  and yielded her fruit every month:  and the leaves of
the tree were for the healing of the nations."
(Do people eat and drink in heaven?)

Rev. 22:20 "He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come
quickly: Amen.  Even so, come, Lord Jesus."
     (2,000 years later)
